Uncharted: Golden Abyss was by far the most technically impressive game shown the Vita at E3. With graphics very near Playstation 3 quality and great demonstrations of what the Playstation Vita can do, it will more than likely be the game most people buy on release day. One interesting feature shown at E3 was the control scheme. You can either control the game by using the buttons, or perform many actions by just using the touch screen. For example, the demo shown let the player run his finger along a ledge and Drake would automatically find his way across. In melee the demo showed how you could just use the touch screen for punching and kicking. Personally I'll be sticking to buttons most likely, but I can see how some gamers would probably favor the touch controls. The graphics so far are some of the best to be seen on the Vita. Although, unlike many, I don't believe it to be quite Playstation 3 quality. The textures seem a bit less detailed than the Playstation 3 versions of the game. I will have a feature up soon comparing. Keep your eyes on PSVitaupdate for more news and, of course, a review on day one.
